Understand And Speak English With The ‘Delay Effect’

There are two main problems that English students face:

  1. Understanding what you hear
  2. Speaking correctly

In this video I talk about the ‘Delay Effect’. It frustrates most students because they don’t understand how it works, but it’s a very good sign that your English is improving.

I talk a lot in the video, so jump straight to 12:10 to hear what I have to say about my experience with the ‘delay effect’ when listening in a new language I’m studying.

There are lots of ways to improve your English.

But it’s important to have a good plan. That way you can see where you are going and what you need to do to get there.

One simple way is through online tests. I just took one recently and found I moved up a new level. So, I’m pretty happy about that.

I have a lot of ideas for new videos to help you, but I don’t want to record videos just for the sake of recording.

So, leave a comment and let me know where you are having trouble with English so I can help you out.

Warm Regards,

David A. Bailey, Jr
